If you choose to use this application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information we collect is used to provide and improve the application.

Information Collection and Use

To facilitate necessary application functionality, we may collect and store the following information:

• Any attachments sent to the application via application commands, or any attachments sent in channels utilizing the application's automatic sourcing functionality, will be sent to saucenao.com for processing.No user or message data beyond the necessary publicly accessible image attachment URLs are sent to SauceNao. Please refer to SauceNao's own Privacy Policy for information on how they handle data on their end.
• Hashed URLs of Discord attachments you provide us, your Discord user ID, and any SauceNao search results from those URLs will be temporarily stored in an internal database for up to 7 days. This temporary cache is used to improve performance by allowing us to serve cached search results on repeated search queries, as well as for enforcing user and guild API limits.
• For guild installations utilizing the application's automatic sourcing functionality, we may process any messages sent in channels that have this functionality enabled. Attachment URLs will be automatically sent to SauceNao's API for processing as described above. We do not store any personal data after processing these requests.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Opting-out

Should you wish to opt out of having your messages processed by this application, you may do so at any time. After running the /help command, click the "Do not process my data" button after running the applications /help command.

After confirming this request, the application will discard your messages and will not further process any of your data, even in channels utilizing the bot's automatic image-sourcing functionality. You will have the option to undo this action at any time should you wish to utilize the application services again in the future.
