By using the SauceBot application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.
User Responsibilities
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- You will not use the bot for any illegal activities or to harass others
- You will not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or manipulate the bot
Prohibited Content and Activities
- You will not upload or transmit any content to the bot that violates Discord's Terms of Service, including but not limited to any illegal or harmful content
- You will not use self-bots, scripts, or other automated software to interact with the bot
- You will not attempt to circumvent any API rate limits or usage restrictions placed on your account
- You will not engage in any activities designed to disrupt the bot's functionality, including spamming commands, causing excessive load, or attempting to cause crashes or downtime
Data Collection
The bot may collect and temporarily store limited data necessary for its functionality, including user IDs, server IDs, and command usage statistics.
Availability
The bot is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates without notice.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot or these terms at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of this application. Use at your own risk.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered once the application's services have been used. All purchases and subscription payments are considered final.
